Start with The Facts:

- Youth, ages 15 – 24, are the most vulnerable to acts of violence and contribute nearly 70% of criminal activity.
- Poor social and family environment, often due to economic handicaps, contribute greatly to the probability of involvement in crime.
- Drug and substance abuse is the most prevalent common factor among property crime offenders.
- Many workable intervention programs are available but are seriously under utilized and under funded.
- Education is the main key for preventing crime and building a more prosperous nation but, all levels of government continue to cut education budgets.
- Jails and incarceration is both costly and ineffective in reducing juvenile crime.
- Our judicial system in Canada takes most of the flack in public opinion but is hampered by policy and unworkable alternatives.
- Neighborhoods and communities working inclusively together with Law enforcement, Schools, and businesses, given proven solutions and adequate funding can make the most difference in combating crime.

Spread the word about curbing criminal activity in Canada.
Our children and grandchildren need a better future
with more hope, more security, more prosperity.
